Energy Storage Station

The project scale of energy storage station is 125MW/250MWh and occupies the area of 10022.272m2. Using 110kV cables sent from substation connects the access point of public power grid.

The single energy storage unit is composed of a 20ft liquid-cooling container with 5MWh energy and a 2.5MW PCS. The whole project has 50 containers in total. There are 110kV substation and fire protection system operated independently which contains water mist and gas fire protection system in the energy storage station.

The annual amount of electricity connected to public power grid is about 140.8 million kWh. This energy storage station can effectively adjust the pressure of power supply of partial power grid during the peaking time in summer, solve the requirements of connecting public power grid from other new energy projects which are near to this station, as well as improve the quality of electricity generated from public power grid.
